Orange connects through the radio network during the end-of-year period
December 22, 2025
The festive season is the perfect time to connect — with loved ones and with colleagues. That’s why, on 18 December, we hosted a cosy radio show packed with great music and fun surprises. Flemish host Dorien Leyers and her Walloon colleague David Antoine joined us at our HQ to create warm vibes during the Orange Radio broadcast. And our colleagues? They naturally added plenty of atmosphere and good cheer.
After a year of giving it our all, we felt it was time to hit the pause button together — in a slightly more original way: with our very own Orange Radio. Connecting with each other, celebrating successes and sharing meaningful moments formed the red — or rather, orange — thread of our radio show. Because we believe the new year can only truly start well if we take a moment to look back at everything we’ve achieved together.
For three hours straight, we broadcast live from our bubble at the HQ terrace, by and for Orange. Through a specially created online platform, colleagues could request their favourite songs, share their best moments of the past year and put fellow colleagues in the spotlight — and there are plenty of them at Orange. We also treated everyone to delicious waffles and hot chocolate. Cosy winter vibes? Check!

Assistants in the spotlight
In addition to the Orange Radio Top 10 curated by our colleagues themselves, and a generous dose of fun with live games and great prizes, we made a conscious choice this year to highlight our assistants. They often work behind the scenes, but their value is immeasurable. With endless energy, organisation skills and an indispensable smile, they are the driving forces that keep everything at Orange running smoothly. And above all, they do what matters most: connecting people. #ProudToBeOrange starts with gratitude for everyone’s role.
Orange connects - with a warm and caring heart
At Orange, the festive season is always about generosity. That’s why, at the beginning of December, our colleagues could buy raffle tickets to support De Warmste Week and Pêcheur de Lune — two organisations dedicated to helping the most vulnerable. From supporting people with invisible illnesses to making children’s dreams come true: Orange is here, connecting beyond the network.
We wanted to make our contribution as meaningful as possible, so we boosted the raffle with great prizes. To keep the excitement going, the winners were drawn live during the radio show by an innocent hand. And last but not least, Orange doubled all donations this year — allowing even more warmth to reach those who need it most. Enough reason to feel #ProudToBeOrange, right?
